WEDDING DETAILS
TOUR AROUND THE REGION (OPTIONAL)
Friday 28 April 2023, starting 11.30 AM
The tour through the region, where we visit the most important places in the coffee region, will start at 11.30am on Friday 28th April. We will close the day before the wedding at the late afternoon at 17.30pm with some drinks and dinner finalizing around 20pm. The location of the drinks and dinner is very close to the hotel so you can always join in case you have planned to arrive during the afternoon. The bus tour and welcome drinks are on us. Please let us know if you join this.

RELIGIOUS CEREMONY
Saturday 29 April, starting at 16.00 PM (busses leaving at 15.00PM)
The religious ceremony will be starting at 16.00PM at the church 'Nuestra Señora del Café'. The shuttles will be taking guests from the hotels directly to the wedding location at 15.00PM.

RECEPTION, DINNER Â & PARTY
Saturday 29 April starting at 17:00Â PM until late (early)
The reception location Hacienda Palmar is very close from the location of the Church. All activities reception, dinner and the party will take place at this location. Additionally, a shuttle will be taking guests from the church to the Hacienda and back to the hotels. If people want to leave earlier there will be options arranged. For the kids we have support and there is also place for kids to sleep at the wedding location.

BRUNCH (OPTIONAL)
Sunday 30 April starting at 14PM
On Sunday we guess we need to recover so we stay at the hotel Las Camelias and if you have not planned to travel back yet on that day, we think you will enjoy this venue and we can go for a late lunch together around 14pm (at your own expense) to talk about our experiences.
Just to let you know that we will go to Cartagena after the wedding on 1 May and stay there until Thursday 4 May. Some people are already joining so if you need more information just let us know.
DRESS CODE
In between formal and casual
The wording suggests something slightly less formal than black tie. This means that a tuxedo isn't required. A suit without a tie is fine as well a chino pants and a jacket.

A long evening spring dress, dressy suit or formal cocktail-length dress.
